Staff - Miguel Gonzales
Miguel A. Alvarez Gonzales completed his B.S. in Food Science and Technology from the Department of Food Science and Technology at PanAmerican Agricultural School, Zamorano University. He is part of the team supervised by Dr. Yuan Yao. Previously, he worked on designing bioactive packaging materials for roll-to-roll manufacturing. Currently, he works on the characterization of carbohydrate polymers.
