Menglu Gao received her B.S. in Food Science from Purdue University in May 2015. She joined Dr. Kokini's lab in June 2015 in pursuit of a Ph.D. degree. Her Ph.D research will focus on numerical simulation and modeling of rheological behavior of dough during processing.
