Lilin Cheng earned his B.S. in Food Safety and Quality from Shihezi University in 2011 and then he went to Jiangnan University to pursue his M.S. and PhD degree in Food Science and Engineering. He by-passed his MS in 2012. He is now a visiting student at Purdue from 2015 and co-adviced by Dr. Campanella and Dr. Hamaker. His research focuses on the three components interactions and simulation of nanocomplex.
