Hu Hou is a visiting scholar in Prof. Narsimhan's group from 2016.12 and he is working on the antimicrobial peptides. He obtained B.E. degree from the Department of Food Science and Engineering in Yantai University in June 2006, and he got Ph.D. degree from the Department of Food Science in Ocean University of China in June 2011. He became an Associate Professor in Ocean University of China in December 2014, and he teaches Principles of Food Engineering for undergraduate students and Food Protein Theory and Technology for graduate students. His research focused on Food Protein and Peptides.
