Chris Cheng received a BS in Food Science from Purdue University in 2012. Then he continued to receive a MS from North Carolina State University in Food Science in 2014. He is currently pursuing his PhD under Dr. Jones. His research focus has been on developing applications for zein, a protein derived from corn.
